We are re-opened for those who wish to practice in-person. Classes are now limited to seven (7) students, and new procedures are required.As we continue to see declining trends in the pandemic, we will continue to loosen these restrictions.
For in-person classes, PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, and:
Starting May 15, all fully vaccinated students (with official CDC vaccination card) can participate unmasked if desired. All students must wear face coverings at all times in the facility, unless FULLY vaccinated. If you do not have a mask or covering of your own, you can purchase one from the studio for $1.00.
Hand sanitizer will be available as you enter the building. Please use it prior to touching any surfaces within the building.
We will have a temperature gun to check temperatures at the door, and ask anyone who has experienced any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, traveled outside of the state within the last two weeks, or have a fever to refrain from coming into the facility.
For all of our safety, any students who do not wish to comply with face coverings, temperature checks, proof of vaccination, and/or hand sanitization will not be allowed to enter and practice.

Every month on the full moon we will explore Moon Magic. Things look different in the moon light. Our perspective can change with the illumination. In this monthly workshop we will create all the phases of the moon with our bodies with yoga poses. It is a profound practice for Self reflection and meditation in motion. Immerse yourself in a wave of sound and vibration which leads you deeply within. Calli introduces a Sanskrit chant with its English translation. The chants are repeated several times in call/response format followed by a period of silent meditation.
Sundays, 6:30-8:00pm: Weekend Wind Down Yoga with Kelsie
Join Kelsie for a relaxing, stress-releasing flow class intended for all levels of practitioners. This practice encourages grounding, internal focus, and meditation. Join us for the most relaxing way to end your week.
Mondays, 6:00pm: Relaxing Yin Yoga with Kelsie
Explore the relaxing side of Yoga through the practice of Yin. In this class, we hold postures and target the fascia of the body. Gentle yet challenging, you can begin to loosen up your joints and create a healthier spine through stillness and soaking stretches.
Whether you are just beginning your practice of Yoga or you have years of experience, Yin Yoga can be modified to suit any skill level.
Tuesdays, 12:15pm: Go with the Flow lunch break Yoga with Tracy
Give yourself permission to arrive on your mat for a lunch hour reprieve or to just unwind from the everyday bump and grind. This is a Yogi's choice, go with the flow, safe space. The intention of this class is to incorporate several different styles into your practice. Modifications are offered for safety and enjoyment. FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS.
Tuesdays, 7:00pm: Level 1/Beginner's Vinyasa with Tracy
Level 1/Beginner’s Vinyasa: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
Wednesdays, 6:00pm: Mindful Flow with Kelsie
Join Kelsie for an hour of relaxing, mindful, flowing poses to reset your attitude and your mind. We will journey within for a slow-flow/yin-blend practice, learning cues to live a more mindful - and peaceful - life.
Thursdays, 6:00pm: Stretch Yourself! with Renee
If you want to be more flexible and less-stressed, this class is for you! Learn and refine a variety of basic Yoga poses with a gradual progression to more challenging holding postures. You'll learn the Warrior series, Tree, Triangle, Bridge pose and other foundational poses for a safe, strong practice. We close each class with Savasana- a deep relaxation that can help you sleep better and reduce stress. Experience a calming atmosphere where everyone feels welcome!
Bring relaxation into your body by gently moving through squeeze-and-release sequences along energy lines, incorporating breathing techniques and stretching. A great way to end a busy week, let this class allow you to enjoy your weekend to the fullest.
