These classes will be limited to five (5) students per class only.

We are highly recommending pre-registration to secure your spot for classes, and the registration form will roll a month in advance. You can register now:

We will continue to live-stream classes, and some will remain live-stream only. You can always catch the livestreams on our Facebook page. Participation in a live-streamed class constitutes acceptance of our waiver of liability for your home practice.

For in-person classes:

  • All students must wear face coverings at all times in the facility. If you do not have a mask or covering of your own, you can purchase one from the studio for $1.00.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available as you enter the building. We will have a temperature gun to check temperatures at the door, and ask anyone who has experienced any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, traveled outside of the state within the last two weeks, or have a fever to refrain from coming into the facility.
  • For all of our safety, any students who do not wish to comply with face coverings, temperature checks, or hand sanitization will not be allowed to enter and practice. We appreciate your cooperation in knowing we want the best for all who travel into our space of safety and healing.

The re-opening of in-person classes and these policies will take effect on Monday, June 1. These policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.

All classes at Blissful Life Corporation are donation-based. This means that you can give any amount that feels appropriate and affordable to you. Select Dates, 9:30-10:30pm: Full Moon Magic with Calli

Every month on the full moon we will explore Moon Magic. Things look different in the moon light. Our perspective can change with the illumination. In this monthly workshop we will create all the phases of the moon with our bodies with yoga poses. It is a profound practice for Self reflection and meditation in motion. Sundays, 3:30-4:45pm: Yoga Teacher Enrichment with Renee

FREE for current BLC staff and YTT students/alumni, $20 Donation for all other yoga teachers - ** Yoga Teachers Only**

Get together with the Blissful Life Corporation YTT alumni, staff, and other area yoga teachers for a class exclusively for yoga instructors. Every week, we will work on techniques and methodology that will help you hone your teaching skills!

This class is open to ALL yoga instructors of all schools and traditions. 3 CEUs are available for each session you attend.

Sundays, 5:00-6:00pm: Mantra & Meditation with Calli

Immerse yourself in a wave of sound and vibration which leads you deeply within. Calli introduces a Sanskrit chant with its English translation. The chants are repeated several times in call/response format followed by a period of silent meditation.

Sundays, 6:30-8:00pm: Weekend Wind Down Yoga with Rhonda

Join Rhonda for a relaxing, stress-releasing flow class intended for all levels of practitioners. This practice encourages grounding, internal focus, and meditation. Join us for the most relaxing way to end your week. (Amrit style)

Mondays, 6:00pm: Yin Yoga with Renee

Explore the relaxing side of Yoga through the practice of Yin. In this class, we hold postures and target the fascia of the body. Gentle yet challenging, you can begin to loosen up your joints and create a healthier spine through stillness and soaking stretches.

Whether you are just beginning your practice of Yoga or you have years of experience, Yin Yoga can be modified to suit any skill level.

every other Monday, 7:15pm: Yomassage™ with Pam

Yomassage™ is the newest massage modality created to bring gentle touch, restorative stretching, and mindful breathing in a class/group setting. It is touch therapy designed to be more affordable and accessible to a wider range of people in a fully clothed safe group environment.

Tuesdays, 9:00am: Chair Yoga with Tracy

This class will return in August (or sooner!)

Find a comfortable seat and enjoy the benefits of a gentle class where poses will be accessible to everyone with the support of a chair. You’ll practice postures that focus on lengthening and toning the muscles while improving your posture and circulation. Chair class is perfect for anyone experiencing difficulty standing, limited mobility, severe aches and pains, balance issues, as well as those who just want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position.

Tuesdays, 12:15pm: Go with the Flow lunch break Yoga with Jessica

Give yourself permission to arrive on your mat for a lunch hour reprieve or to just unwind from the everyday bump and grind. This is a Yogi's choice, go with the flow, safe space. The intention of this class is to incorporate several different styles into your practice. Modifications are offered for safety and enjoyment. FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS.

Tuesdays, 7:00pm: Level 1/Beginner's Vinyasa with Tracy

Level 1/Beginner’s Vinyasa: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Flow into your day with this class designed for beginners. Release tension, build strength and stretch as you move into a variety of Yoga poses like Triangle and Warrior. Join Kelsie for an hour of relaxing, mindful, flowing poses to reset your attitude and your mind.

Thursdays, 6:00pm: Stretch Yourself! with Renee

If you want to be more flexible and less-stressed, this class is for you! Learn and refine a variety of basic Yoga poses with a gradual progression to more challenging holding postures. You'll learn the Warrior series, Tree, Triangle, Bridge pose and other foundational poses for a safe, strong practice. We close each class with Savasana- a deep relaxation that can help you sleep better and reduce stress. Experience a calming atmosphere where everyone feels welcome!

Thursdays, 7:15pm: GC Tribal Bellydance Level 1 with Abby Sue

This class will be held on Google Meets. Use our pre-registration form so you can be sent the meeting link.

Begin your Tribal Belly Dance journey with the basic foundation of movements in our vocabulary. We will introduce you to zils (no dancing with them in this level) and discuss the concepts of dancing in formations with your dance family.

Open to all. No prerequisites required. Tribal Basics recommended for super new dancers.

Learn all the Belly Dance Basics you need to jump into the Tribal Belly Dance style, to hone your technique, and prep you for Tribal group dancing. In each class we will break down essential moves and then drill them in a short combo to help sync with your muscle memory so you can begin to develop your shimmy and shake.

Fridays, 5:30pm: Destress & Stretch with Calli

Bring relaxation into your body by gently moving through squeeze-and-release sequences along energy lines, incorporating breathing techniques and stretching. A great way to end a busy week, let this class allow you to enjoy your weekend to the fullest.
