Every month on the full moon we will explore Moon Magic. Things look different in the moon light. Our perspective can change with the illumination. In this monthly workshop we will create all the phases of the moon with our bodies with yoga poses. It is a profound practice for Self reflection and meditation in motion. Get together with the Blissful Life Corporation YTT alumni, staff, and other area yoga teachers for a class exclusively for yoga instructors. Every week, we will work on techniques and methodology that will help you hone your teaching skills!

This class is open to ALL yoga instructors of all schools and traditions. 3 CEUs are available for each session you attend.

Immerse yourself in a wave of sound and vibration which leads you deeply within. Calli introduces a Sanskrit chant with its English translation. The chants are repeated several times in call/response format followed by a period of silent meditation.

Monday, 10:00am: Amrit Yoga Nidra Meditation with Rhonda

Yoga Nidra is a practice that can take you to the next level; a relaxed body, fluid mind, and supercharged intuition. This is a five-stage yogic sleep process that begins with a body scan to engage one's physicality. It incorporates meditation on the breath, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing.

Mondays, 6:00pm: Vin Yin with Jenny

First half of the class is vinyasa, a faster paced flow to get you sweaty and the heart rate going. Then the second half is Yin where props will be used during poses that are held 3-5 minutes working deep into the fascia for more flexibility.

Wake up with Wendy is an all levels, gentle morning practice designed to remove the kinks and crackles while energizing the body so that you can start your day feeling fabulous!

Find a comfortable seat and enjoy the benefits of a gentle class where poses will be accessible to everyone with the support of a chair. You’ll practice postures that focus on lengthening and toning the muscles while improving your posture and circulation. Chair class is perfect for anyone experiencing difficulty standing, limited mobility, severe aches and pains, balance issues, as well as those who just want to experience yoga in a relaxed, comfortable position.

Give yourself permission to arrive on your mat for a lunch hour reprieve or to just unwind from the everyday bump and grind. This is a Yogi's choice, go with the flow, safe space. The intention of this class is to incorporate several different styles into your practice. Modifications are offered for safety and enjoyment. FOR ALL LEVEL STUDENTS.

Level 1/Beginner’s Vinyasa: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Wednesdays, 6:00pm: Intro Series to Power Vinyasa with Daniel

This class is perfect if you’re brand new to power yoga! Even if you’re not a newbie but would like to feel more empowered in your yoga practice, you’re more than welcome to join in this class series that will introduce a new set of poses each week in a fun and laid back workshop style setting that’ll make 60 minutes fly by! Every class we will break down the poses with point-to-point cuing, mirrored demonstrations, and gentle hands-on assists, building on what we learned previously.

If you want to be more flexible and less-stressed, this class is for you! Learn and refine a variety of basic Yoga poses with a gradual progression to more challenging holding postures. You'll learn the Warrior series, Tree, Triangle, Bridge pose and other foundational poses for a safe, strong practice. We close each class with Savasana- a deep relaxation that can help you sleep better and reduce stress. Experience a calming atmosphere where everyone feels welcome!

A fun-based, get-your-body-moving, low-impact dance class. Explore various style of Belly Dance, Flamenco, North African, Moroccan, and Indian dance. Follow along to simple choreographies with world and contemporary music. Learn how to transition the moves you have already learned or just groove out to get your blood flowing and spirit soaring.

Fridays, 5:30pm: Destress & Stretch with Calli

Bring relaxation into your body by gently moving through squeeze-and-release sequences along energy lines, incorporating breathing techniques and stretching. A great way to end a busy week, let this class allow you to enjoy your weekend to the fullest.

Saturdays (except FIRST Saturday), 10:30am: Saturday Slow Flow with Sherry

This is a slow flow vinyasa class. That means we will mostly take it easy and incorporate limited fast-paced movement. With plenty of guidance through the hour, we will sufficiently warm up starting on the floor. Then we’ll warm up a little more with some standing poses (usually sun salutations). Sherry will lead you through a flow slowly at first, allowing you to get to know the pose and how it feels for your body. Then she will ask you to move through the flow a little faster. If you’re like us, you’ll get a little sweaty. Now it’s time for cool-down and a few minutes of relaxation in savasana.

FIRST Saturdays, 11:00am: Intro to Meditation with Wendy

Curious about meditation? Tried to meditate but felt like it didn’t work or you didn’t quite get it? This introductory class will get you on the right track. We’ll go over what meditation is and some of its benefits and some of the styles. We’ll bust a few meditation myths and talk about how to meditate. We’ll also do some short, simple meditations to help you try some different kinds. This class is perfect for those who know nothing about meditation but want to learn or who have tried meditation in the past but struggled to stick with it or know if you were doing it “right.”
